We call this wine "Jeunesse", the French word for youth. We use carbonic fermentation to make this wine, which preserves its youthful character & is the traditional winemaking technique of Beaujolais.
With aromas & notes of blackberries, violets & pepper with a touch of clove, it finishes with rich extracted black fruit flavors & a hint of chocolate.
