Syrah is one of the most ancient wine grape varieties. It especially loves the warm Sierra Foothills summers! This Syrah is a perfect example of the Sierra Foothill wine region. A rich explosion of pepper on the nose gives way to supple dark fruits on the mid palate, with hints of cocoa, vanilla, & renewed spice on the finish. This is a robust Syrah that would pair well with Beef Bourguignon.
