- Our Style
We refer to "Vineyards Selections" on our label, because our wines reflect the flavor of each vineyard. We work with truly dedicated growers who provide us with the best possible grapes. We have worked with the same growers, some for as long as 25 years. These talented growers and their unique vineyards are central to our winemaking. We will be introducing our growers to you through a series of articles in our newsletters and here on-line.
Corn Salad
2 cups Corn, fresh or frozen
1 Avocado, cubed
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Red Onion, diced or to taste
Dressing:
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Lime Juice
zest of l Lime
1/4 cup Cilantro (or to taste)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Prepare all ingredients, mix dressing, toss together in large bowl. Serve and enjoy!
Tortellini Salad
1 lb Tortellini, cooked, drained & cooled
1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1 cup Italian Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup Capers, drained & rinsed
1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted & Halved
1 4 oz jar chopped Pimientos
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese (or to taste)
Dressing:
Your favorite Italian style Vinaigrette, homemade or prepared
Prepare all ingredients, mix dressing, toss together in large bowl. Serve and enjoy!
